The Wind is Blowing Written by: Lil Sum the Sundawg and Vic and Gab Verse 1 He was a young 13 year old soul inside his eyes you can see he holds his dreams close he's in and out so much his moms is begining to believe ghost even his friends say to leave him go he's in a zone there's no one home maybe you seen him though he's getting blowd street sweeping with heaters you know it's on he's chopping and rolling holding his own popping them rocks up off the block to sit on top of the thrown and now you know it's on he's living life just like a breeze in the wind quickly putting the clip in squeezing to win that's all he's lookin for is some one to believe in him and he's got nothing to lose and so he's choosing to sin without a clue on how to do it they say all you got to do is swim and so they threw him in who couldve of knew it that it was meant to be his destiny's to fight the evil and lead his people in to the night Chorus The wind is blowing I'm following Where you going don't worry The love is coming The wind is blowing I'm following Where you going don't worry The light is shining Verse 2 They said to let'em go and handle his business he wanna be the one they choose to be the champ in the finish make no mistakes hes gonna challenge the fittest He's never been so close I think he's got a chance to win but in the end he said instead having paitence still he's regrets to this day he's said hes feelin like he never even stepped to the plate he's hittin bricks with empty fist hoping for better days and if you keep your focus you can see he levitates he suppose to lead'em into the night and fight to help'em lift their worries away but all they wanna do is see'em slowing falling in flames but he keeps on ballin never stallin his game living with the pain of going thru so many scandalous thangs but he still remains unchanged even though with all of rain He keeps on hearing his destiny it's always been calling his name you could find his picture inside of the lyrical hall of fame Chorus The wind is blowing I'm following Where you going don't worry The love is coming The wind is blowing I'm following Where you going don't worry The light is shining Bridge Can you see'em can you see'em now Where he's going love is shining down Can you see'em can you see'em now Where he's going love is shining down Verse 3 It seems like he never learns his lesson I guess he shouldve took it as a blessin But he kept on testin and pressin his luck And soon enough he ended up with nothing and plus wit all the pain adds up to fallin rain but i know you see'em now the son is risin up again he finally come realized that life is not a game The light shinnin down and so he's gotta yoga flame he still blowin in the winds but he knows he needs to change Chorus The wind is blowing I'm following Where you going don't worry The love is coming The wind is blowing I'm following Where you going don't worry The light is shining

about

This collaboration between Lil Sum the Sundawg and Vic and Gab started as a jam session that turned into to something special. Lil Sum paints a picture with his melodic lyrical word play of the transformation of a young child perusing his dreams, while trying to cope with the reality of a cold world. Vic and Gab with their sultry harmonies inspire and motivate you to feel free and relate to his struggles.
